Saint Peter Fisher, like his brother Andrew, Peter resided in Capernaum and was married. He was present at Kana's wedding and followed Christ along with the rest of his disciples. He stayed in Rome to be crucified with the exhortation of Christ himself, who appeared before him walking to Rome with a cross. At the point of his martyrdom and death (64 A.D. or 67 A.D.) was built a magnificent Basilica on the Great Constantine. His tomb is located under the central altar of St Peter's Cathedral in the Vatican.
