The Holy Trinity Work of the Russian Andrei Rubliov (student of the iconographer Theophanes the Greek) from 1515AD, for the decoration of the Cathedral of the Ascension of Christ in Moscow. It is considered one of the greatest works of art for its theological composition, richness of symbolism and high artistic value. It is exhibited at the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.
