Handmade & Authenticity Policy
What may be called handmade and how production partners must be disclosed.

Allowed
- Items physically made, assembled, altered or finished by the seller or its disclosed small workshop.
- Original designs produced with a disclosed production partner where the seller has a real creative and supervisory role.
- Vintage and craft supplies only when truthfully categorised and described.
- Traditional, historical or classic designs independently made by multiple genuine workshops.
Not allowed
- Dropshipping or simple resale of finished goods.
- Mass-produced goods represented as handmade, workshop-made or designed by the seller.
- False origin, materials, production method, age, maker or production-partner claims.
- Copying another creator’s protected content, branding or product photographs.
Evidence and review
EmenCraft may request workspace photographs, process descriptions, source invoices, design files, production-partner details or other proportionate evidence. Evidence is assessed for truthful production, not for design uniqueness.
