Intellectual Property Notice & Action
How rights holders report content and how affected users can respond.
1. Submit a notice
A rights holder or authorised representative may use the Trust Centre form. The notice must identify the right, the specific EmenCraft URLs, the basis of the claim, contact details, authority to act, a good-faith accuracy statement and an electronic signature.
2. Review and action
EmenCraft acknowledges notices, checks whether they are sufficiently precise and substantiated, and may request clarification. Content may be restricted during review. The final decision and available appeal route are communicated where permitted.
3. Seller response and appeal
An affected seller may explain ownership, licence, public-domain status, mistaken identification or other relevant facts through the appeal process. Repeated infringement or repeated abusive notices may lead to account restrictions.
4. No transfer of disputes
EmenCraft does not decide ownership like a court. It applies a proportionate marketplace process and complies with binding orders. Parties remain responsible for obtaining independent legal advice and pursuing formal remedies when needed.
