EMENCRAFT POLICY
Partner Programme Terms
Rules for Partner approval, seller referrals, commission calculations and bank-transfer payouts.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Partner Programme Terms supplement the EmenCraft Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. By submitting a Partner application, the applicant confirms that they are at least 18, can enter a binding agreement and have provided accurate account and promotional information.
A Partner application does not guarantee approval. EmenCraft may approve, request changes, reject or suspend an application to protect the handmade marketplace, users and programme integrity.
2. Eligible seller referrals
- Each approved Partner receives a personal referral link or code.
- A seller is attributed only when the EmenCraft system validly records that referral and connects it to the seller profile.
- The earning term starts when the referred seller is approved, not when the link is clicked or the account is first created.
- Self-referrals, duplicate attribution, fabricated sellers, misleading promotion and attempts to manipulate tracking are prohibited.
3. Commission
The standard Partner commission is 2% of each referred seller’s eligible, completed seller-order total. Any different rate must be shown in the Partner dashboard or agreed in writing.
Commission is calculated separately for each seller order and currency. VAT or other tax collected separately by EmenCraft does not create Partner commission. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible amounts do not qualify.
4. Ten-year earning term and renewal
Each eligible referral has an initial earning term of 10 years from that seller’s approval date. EmenCraft and the Partner may extend the term; an extension is effective only when recorded in the Partner dashboard or confirmed in writing. Extending one referral or Partner account does not automatically change another agreement.
5. Monthly bank-transfer payouts
- Estimated commission remains subject to refunds, disputes and chargebacks.
- Eligible commission normally becomes available after a 30-day clearing period.
- Available balances meeting the displayed minimum threshold, normally €50 or the relevant currency equivalent, enter a monthly payout cycle.
- The Partner must provide accurate account-holder and IBAN details after approval. EmenCraft may pause payment while incorrect, incomplete or suspicious bank details are checked.
- A payout is complete when the corresponding bank transfer has been made and recorded with its transfer reference.
6. Refunds, disputes and reversals
Commission may be held, reduced or reversed when the related order is cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible. Amounts already paid in error may be offset against future commission where lawful.
7. Promotion and conduct
- Partners must describe EmenCraft, the commission opportunity and handmade-only seller eligibility truthfully.
- Partners must not promise seller approval, guaranteed sales or guaranteed income.
- Spam, impersonation, unlawful advertising, false claims and misuse of EmenCraft branding are prohibited.
- Partners are responsible for disclosures required for sponsored, affiliate or commercial communications.
8. Suspension and termination
EmenCraft may suspend tracking or payouts while fraud, illegality, material breach or payment error is investigated. EmenCraft may terminate the Partner relationship for confirmed fraud, illegal conduct, serious or repeated breach, or conduct that materially harms users or the marketplace.
Valid commission earned before termination remains payable through the normal process unless it is disputed, reversible, unlawfully obtained or must be withheld by law. Termination ends future referral earnings from the effective termination date unless a written settlement states otherwise.
9. Tax and records
Partners are responsible for their own tax, invoicing, registration and reporting obligations. EmenCraft may request information or documents reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, tax reporting or a lawful authority request.
10. Data and bank details
Partner account, referral, commission and payout data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice. IBAN data is encrypted at rest, masked in the Partner dashboard and revealed only to authorised administrators when necessary to make or verify a transfer.
11. Changes, law and contact
Material changes will be dated and notified where required. Changes do not retroactively remove valid commission already earned. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while mandatory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
