Prohibited products

• Illegal, stolen, recalled, unsafe or counterfeit products.
• Weapons, explosives, ammunition and instructions intended to facilitate serious harm.
• Controlled drugs, drug paraphernalia, regulated medicines and unlawful health claims.
• Human remains, protected wildlife, illegally sourced cultural property and sanctioned goods.
• Pornographic exploitation, sexual content involving minors, hate material or products promoting terrorism.
• Financial instruments, credentials, personal data, malware, circumvention devices and deceptive documents.

Resale and section accuracy

Resale belongs in Brands and is not prohibited solely because the seller did not make the product. If resale is found in Handmade, EmenCraft moves the whole shop and its listings to Brands without suspending the account for that reason. The seller must correct inaccurate handmade or origin claims. Counterfeit, unsafe, illegal and other prohibited products remain prohibited in both sections.

Restricted products

Some products may require age controls, licences, warnings, geographic restrictions or specialist review. A product is not permitted merely because it is absent from this summary. Sellers remain responsible for every law that applies in the destination market.
