1. Who operates EmenCraft

EmenCraft is operated by EMEN ECOMMERCE MANAGEMENT LTD (company number 15300650), 12 London Road, Morden, England, SM4 5BQ. These Terms govern access to the website, accounts and marketplace tools.

EmenCraft provides the marketplace infrastructure. Unless EmenCraft is expressly shown as the seller, the sales contract is between the buyer and the independent seller identified on the listing and order.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• Users must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts.
• Account information must be accurate, current and kept secure.
• One person or business may not use duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions.
• Users are responsible for activity performed through their account and must report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

3. Marketplace conduct

• Do not post illegal, unsafe, infringing, deceptive or prohibited content or products.
• Do not manipulate reviews, prices, search, reports or verification processes.
• Do not use EmenCraft to harass, defraud, impersonate or move a transaction off-platform to avoid protections or fees.
• Reports and appeals must be submitted honestly and with enough information for a fair review.

4. Orders, payments and fees

Displaying a product does not guarantee availability. Prices, stock, delivery and eligibility are rechecked during checkout.

During pre-launch testing no real payment is taken. A live order is binding only when the payment provider confirms payment. Applicable fees will be shown to sellers before they become payable.

5. Content and intellectual property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant EmenCraft a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, format, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure and promote the marketplace.

Users must have the rights needed for everything they upload. EmenCraft may restrict content while an intellectual-property notice is reviewed.

6. Moderation and suspension

EmenCraft may investigate, restrict, remove or suspend content, listings, shops or accounts to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, the affected user receives reasons and an opportunity to appeal.

Urgent action may be taken without advance notice where safety, fraud, legal obligations or evidence preservation require it.

7. Service availability and liability

EmenCraft is provided with reasonable care but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to mandatory law, EmenCraft is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, seller performance, or user content. Business users are responsible for maintaining appropriate records, insurance and backups.

8. Changes, law and contact

Material changes will be dated and, where required, notified before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where law permits; fresh consent will be requested when required.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections and local court rights remain unaffected. Support and legal requests can be started through the Help, Privacy or Trust Centre forms.
