SHIPPING & DELIVERY Shipping origin and destinations All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Chania, Greece. We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and all 27 European Union member states, including Greece. Free standard shipping Standard shipping is free to these destinations, with no minimum order value or weight-based shipping charge. If an optional paid delivery service is offered, its price will be displayed at checkout before purchase. Order processing Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 3–10 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time. Any additional preparation time for a personalised or made-to-order item will be communicated before purchase. Estimated delivery times after dispatch Greece: 3–5 business days. Other EU countries: 7–14 business days. United Kingdom: 2–10 business days. United States: 7–14 business days. Canada: 7–21 business days. Australia: 7–21 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Customs processing and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected. Dispatch and tracking You will receive a dispatch notification. Tracking information will be included where available. Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and us promptly if you notice an error. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Customs and import charges United States: applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by us and will not be charged to you upon delivery. European Union: dispatch is from within the EU, so deliveries within the EU customs territory are not subject to import customs duties. Other destinations outside the EU: applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in free shipping. Delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect orders Message the shop through EmenCraft or info@emencraft.com with your order number. Photographs of damaged items and packaging, where available, help us investigate. We will work with you and the carrier to provide the remedy required by applicable law. Prompt does not restrict your statutory rights. Returns and original delivery charges A change-of-mind return may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Send goods back within 14 days after notifying us, unless applicable law gives you longer. Customers arrange and pay their own return shipment and shipping label; no restocking fee applies. Different rules apply to damaged, defective or incorrect goods: where we are responsible, we arrange or reimburse reasonable necessary return costs. Separately charged original delivery is non-refundable for a change-of-mind return except where law requires reimbursement. For a qualifying EU or UK statutory cancellation of the whole order, the least expensive standard delivery charge is refunded. Optional express or premium charges are not refunded unless required by law. No original shipping cost is deducted from refunds for free-shipping orders. RETURNS & REFUNDS You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. This policy applies to all destinations served by Statuesworkshop. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. How to request a return Message the shop through EmenCraft or info@emencraft.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. us before posting so your parcel reaches the correct location. A statutory cancellation does not depend on our approval. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us, unless applicable law gives you longer. Item condition For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, complete and in the condition received, with original packaging where available. Include proof of purchase. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Reasonable inspection or opening packaging does not remove statutory cancellation rights. Where legally permitted, we may deduct loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. Return shipping and labels For change-of-mind returns, you must arrange the return shipment, create or purchase your own shipping label or waybill, and pay the carrier directly. We do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns. Return postage and packaging costs are not refunded, except where required by law. Pack fragile items securely. We recommend tracked shipping and suitable insurance. Keep proof of posting. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original delivery charges Any original delivery charge separately paid at checkout is non-refundable for a change-of-mind return, except where applicable law requires reimbursement. For a qualifying statutory cancellation of the whole order in the EU or UK, we refund the least expensive standard delivery charge available when the order was placed. Optional express or premium delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law. If your order included free shipping, no original shipping cost will be deducted from your product refund. Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned goods, subject to any earlier statutory deadline. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. For a qualifying EU or UK statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is due within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
