Saint Alexey The last tsarevich of Russia, Alexei Romanov, was born on August 12, 1904, and was killed by Bolsheviks on July 17, 1918, along with all the members of his family and their loyal servants. Saint Alexei suffered from Hemophilia, a disease that caused him pain and discomfort for most of his life. He lived a short life, full of optimism and giving. The Church of Russia canonized him along with all the members of his family. In Moscow, there is a church dedicated to him.
