Returns
We want you to be happy with your WoodMuse Art purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, please us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
